    Building a Municipal Services Corporation (MCS) from the Ground Up

    Established the legal and corporate structure for the incorporation of a MCS at a local municipality.

    Successfully moved ratepaying services (water, wastewater, street lights, storm sewers, etc.) under the MCS to better align professional, technical and operational resources, and more efficiently and cost-effectively deliver community services.

    Human Resources & Leadership Development

    • Conduct executive searches and recruitment of key personnel, from CAOs to CEOs and directors.
    • Aid in leadership transition, from the smooth departure of key personnel, to the onboarding of new leaders, to incorporating a shift in leadership styles.
    • Introduce and hone performance management programs that align leader, manager and employee annual work objectives to the organization’s (or Council’s) priority strategies.
